ANDY VILLA
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Villa is the Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Comprehensive Home Health Services, Inc. Here he leads a team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high quality home care services to patients in the Bexar County and Atascosa County areas (Licensed for Public Health Region 8).
Andy Villa has over twenty-years of working in the public health sector managing and overseeing several federally funded projects. Over the past twelve years he owned and managed a public health consulting company that provided services to healthcare organizations. He is an established evaluator with multiple federal, state and local studies. His areas of skills include organizational management, program development, program evaluation, quality assurance, communication and technical writing. He has authored protocols for participant protection and Institutional Review Boards.
XIMENA PEREZ DE LEON
Chief OPERATIONS Officer
Ximena Pérez de León, has a master’s degree in Psychology and has 9 years of experience managing and overseeing operations for Comprehensive Home Health and Hospice including direct staff supervision, policy implementation, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ms. Pérez de León’s 20-year experience in the public health sector coordinating program implementation, workforce training, and evaluation efforts for federally funded, community-based programs, has proven essential to the development and improvement of care delivery systems that merge both indirect and direct patient care operations.
Ms. Pérez de León extensive statistical research experience, including publications in academic journals, has proved most useful in monitoring home health outcomes as well as successfully leading all Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts.
MARCOS JIMENEZ-VILLA
DIRECTOR of MARKETING
Marcos Jimenez has a B.A. in Spanish with a minor in Bicultural Bilingual Studies and a B.A. in Mexican American Studies with a minor in Spanish Literature from the University of Texas in San Antonio and a Master’s Degree in Education from Concordia University. He has over four years experience in the Home Health Industry and over 10 years experience in the marketing field. Marcos is responsible for communicating the agency’s services to area physicians and increasing the agency’s census by developing new relationships with healthcare providers.
